Thomas Edison is one of my favorite people to quote. The number and importance of his inventions is ridiculous.
This quote is often mentioned in relation to his invention of the light bulb.
This quote is encouraging to me. It reminds me that it is ok to fail. It just isn’t ok to quit.
Think about your reaction to “failure”.
Do you think of it as just another way that won’t work?
Or do you think that you are a failure and entertain quitting?
As I think of Mavidea and our journey to becoming a better company tomorrow than the one we are today, I can’t help but think of all the ways that won’t work that we will try. We have already found quite a few, but I can guarantee we will find more along the way.
And as we go through these failures, we must not quit. We must persevere until we push through to the positive results we are looking for.
Remember that there is no failure. There is only the finding of more ways that won’t work.
If we try less than 10,000 we are doing better than Edison, and that guy did alright.
