Daily Positive Attitude Posts

A couple of months ago, I read a book called “Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless” by Jeffrey Gitomer.  One of the chapters in the book suggested spending 10-15 minutes every day listening or reading something intended to help improve your attitude.

My way of holding myself accountable to doing this began by sending a daily email summarizing/sharing what I read or watched with our sales team.  Slowly but surely, others at Mavidea asked questions or heard of the emails and got added to the list until the whole company was on the list.

Along the way, I heard of people forwarding them to their spouses or family members and the positive feedback they have gotten.  Along the way, I caught a bug….a bug that made me want to share these with others and get more people on the list that received them every day.

Now we are adding to the distribution list by posting them to our blog here at Mavidea.com.

The vast majority of the ideas and concepts are not my own.  Just my version of something I read or heard or watched.

I look forward to the process of creating the posts and sharing with others.
